Ex Machina

This movie is truly thought provoking and mind bending science fiction. The execution is handled in such an original way that some ideas that may have been seen before feel new. The movie is slow paced but it uses  every second to build tension which results in a riveting climax. The film also looks aesthetically pleasing and has impressive performances. The movie does get a little ludicrous in places but overall it is full of big picture ideas and is well worth a watch for fans of science fiction.
